Refund Policy

For customers wishing to return items, approval must first be obtained from Cavan Autotrac by emailing us at sales@cavanautotrac.ie. Please note that returns without prior contact will not be eligible for a refund. Products must be sent back unused and in the same condition as they were received. Full refunds will only be granted for items returned unopened or in a satisfactory condition suitable for resale. A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns of non-faulty or undamaged items. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
